Shipping policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days
  • International Shipping: 7-21 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping destination and carrier delays beyond our control.

International Shipping
We offer international shipping to most countries. International shipping rates will be calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@stylospring.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Returns & Exchanges
We have a 14-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. To start a return, contact us at support@stylospring.com. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
